A Crucial Element of Confidence

Here’s what you need to know about confidence.

We’ve already agreed that confidence is essential for a man’s success.

Having irrational confidence does work, even if the girl you’re talking to isn’t initially that interested in you.

=> You’re not her first choice.

But your confidence pulls her into your reality.

“Why is this guy so sure of himself? There must be something about him—I need to find out what.”

However, this can backfire.

If your confidence is fake (e.g., you don’t truly believe in yourself but just repeat lines pretending you do), the illusion will fall apart the moment she senses that you’re trying too hard to impress her.

You need to fully believe in what you’re saying—even if it’s completely untrue. The more you say it, the more you’ll start to believe it yourself, no matter what the truth is.

Some people think you need to have a lot going for you to attract women, but that’s not true. Plenty of men who are in the top 10% fail because they lack confidence, so they come across as being in the bottom 10%, even though their reality is different.

Crazy, right? It’s hard for most guys to believe that.

Irrational confidence can even outshine a guy’s lack of wealth or status because it shows that he doesn’t need external validation—he knows he’s enough as he is. That’s what makes women curious about him.

Of course, working to improve yourself and becoming a better man will boost your confidence naturally. But don’t think you’re not good enough as you are.

Some of my best short-term success came when I had nothing. No money, no status—just my words and self-belief. That was enough to show my value.
